These terms apply to all visitors, including letting agents, landlords, property managers and tenants.

This website is operated by PSH Inventories Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12976123). Our registered office is at Cawley Priory, South Pallant, Chichester, PO19 1SY, and our VAT registration number is 439641864.

We provide independent property inventory, check-out, inspection and compliance services to letting agents, landlords and property professionals across Sussex, Hampshire and the South East.

3. Using this website

The content of this website is provided for general information only. We make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • use it in a way that infringes the rights of others or restricts their use of the website
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system

5. Our services

We provide professional property reporting and compliance services, including:

  • Inventories
  • Check-out reports
  • Mid-term inspections
  • Landlord Compliance Packs
  • Basic Legionella risk assessments
  • Smoke and CO alarm testing and fitting
  • HHSRS assessments
  • PAT testing (portable appliance testing)
  • EPC certificates, through an ECMK-accredited assessor partner
  • Floor plans

Bookings are subject to our service terms, which are provided before a booking is confirmed and stated on each report. Where those service terms differ from these Terms of Use, the service terms apply to the booking.

6. Our reports

Our reports record the condition of a property at the date and time of inspection. They are not structural surveys, valuations or guarantees of condition. Compliance assessments are carried out within the scope described in each report.

7. Limitation of liability

The information on this website is for general guidance only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSH Inventories Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from reliance on any information it contains.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

8. Third-party links

This website links to third-party services, including our client reporting portal and WhatsApp. These are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Privacy

Using this website or contacting us may involve sharing personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the date at the top shows when they were last revised.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from the use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us so we can put it right. Contact us by email at bookings@pshinventories.com or call 01243 256553, giving the property address and the date of the inspection.

We have a written complaints procedure that sets out how we handle complaints and how long each stage takes. A copy is available free of charge on request.
