How it works
Your agency stays in control
When you book, you enter the property, tenant and landlord details securely into our booking system. Once the visit is done and the report is uploaded, the portal emails you — and only you.
Nothing reaches the tenant or landlord until you’ve reviewed and approved the report. When you do, the portal sends a secure link to the tenant, and to the landlord if you want them to have it. Some landlords prefer to leave it with the agent; that’s your call.
From that point, the tenant has 7 days to add their own comments and photographs directly against the report.

Why paperless
Why it works better than paper
Always available. Inventory and check-out reports often run to more than 40 pages. A digital copy can be downloaded and stored securely, opened any time, day or night, and the photographs enlarged for clearer detail.
Comments on the record. Tenants — and landlords, where they’ve been sent the report — can add comments and photographs within the 7-day window, so anything needing more detail or evidence is captured at the start of the tenancy.
Ready for the check-out. A paper inventory is often damaged, lost or missing its final signed version by the end of a tenancy. The portal holds the latest version, with every comment added at the start, so the check-out is a fair like-for-like comparison.

Every action taken on a report — logging in to the portal, downloading it, adding comments — is digitally time-stamped and recorded at the end of the report.
